Africa is the 2nd largest continent in overall size, and also 2nd largest in total population. Africa has an extremely diverse climate since the middle of the continent crosses the equator and spans far into both the northern and southern hemisphere. The financial situation in Africa is pretty grim for most of the territories, but the economy is supposed to grow over 5% a year during the next decade.
