California has the highest population of any state in the US, and the state capital is Sacramento. The state is a world power in many facets, including the acting and movie industry, music, agriculture, engineering technology, and internet development in Silicon Valley.
California’s state motto is; “Eureka”, which is a nod to the gold prospectors. The state bird is the; California Valley Quail, and the state flower is the; Golden Poppy. The state capital is Sacramento which is only the 7th most populated city in the state.
